T2013: XX Conferencia del Consejo Internacional de Alcohol, Drogas y Seguridad Vial

En este foro mundial se darán cita profesionales que trabajan en la investigación, las políticas, la formación y la aplicación de estrategias de seguridad vial y la prevención de accidentes, especialmente de los ámbitos del alcohol y las drogas, para discutir e intercambiar las últimas novedades de este campo. T2013 will be immediately followed by the Australasian Road Safety Research, Policing and Education Conference to run from 28-30 August 2013 in the same venue. The consecutive timing of both events provides a unique and cost-effective opportunity to make the most of the opportunity to attend two road safety conferences for one travel cost.

The theme of the 2013 conference is “vision, action, results”. The National Road Safety Strategy outlines an ambitious vision for road safety, and the conference will focus on the actions required to achieve these results, including presentations on the results of the latest evaluations and strategies that have contributed to reduced road trauma. There will be a focus on the evidence we currently have available, and how everyone with an interest in road safety can work together to achieve the targeted reduction in serious casualties.
