Last Friday 17th of May, the Secretary General of the Organisation of American States (OEA), José Miguel Insulza, shared with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos the results of the hemispheric review of drug policies. This task was entrusted to him by the Heads of States of the Americas at the Sixth Americas Summit held in Cartagena, Colombia and it caught the attention of global media, that are also covering the reactions of governments and civil society organisations.
