The Ganja Law Reform Coalition of Jamaica presents the inaugural International Cannabis Conference in Kingston, Jamaica under the mantra of 'Consciousness, Communities and Commerce'. The conference is scheduled to kick off on the 26th of September and will close on the 28th of September, 2013.
