United Nations and Drug Policy: Towards a Human Rights-Based Approach

Damon Barrett from IHRA has co-authored an article for a compilation of essays on international law with Manfred Nowak, the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture. The article considers some of the normative, legal, policy and institutional challenges posed by international human rights law to the UN drug control system.
