18 Eurasian CSOs raise concerns on Global Fund reforms

On 17 of December 2012, 18 NGOs from Eastern Europe and Central Asia sent a letter to the newly elected Global Fund Executive Director Dr. Mark Dybul. NGO expressed their concerns related to the Global Fund reforms, in particular, the meaningful engagement of civil society and communities in the Global Fund processes and eligibility of middle income countries to access the Global Fund resources within the GF New Funding Model.
