Drug Policy Alliance recruits Director of Information Technology and Knowledge Management

The Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) is seeking a Director of Information Technology and Knowledge Management to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology solutions to support DPA’s program priorities.
Major ongoing areas of responsibility include:
- Managing strategic evolution of DPA’s information technology resources and systems, including needs assessment, resource allocation, cultivation of organizational buy-in, internal adoption and integration, and evaluation.
- Identifying and developing software solutions to 1) maximize the usefulness of electronic information and 2) facilitate efficiency and collaboration.
- Developing and maintaining organizational protocols and standards relating to information systems.
- Supervising relationships with contract programmers, hardware vendors, and technical support consultants.
- Overseeing information technology capital and operating budgets.
